Package of 5 days Coaching Services

Coaching services are ideal for those new in the role or unfamiliar with a new discipline, regardless whether it is about Risk Management, Continuity Management, Crisis Management or Resilience management.  It is great to know that you can balance or bounce ideas with an expert, get a second opinion, get insight on how to best approach the issue at hand.  Non-urgent or more complex issues can be collected and discussed face to face during a planned on-site visit, more urgent topics requiring a quick response can be addressed during a call, conference call, video call or whatever fast communication channel you prefer.

Delivery
On-site coaching: by whole working days only (8 hours shop time, including 0.5 hours lunch time),
any travel time in Belgium exceeding 2hrs will be deducted of the 8 hours shop time.  Off-site work: per whole hour only.  Virtual Coaching will be delivered by full hour.

Expenses
Any travel/lodging expenses will be charged separately from the Coaching services, at cost +10 %.  Where possible the customer will arrange travel and accommodation directly (on-site delivery), where possible the customer will arrange the virtual communication channel.

Cost
The package of 5 days Coaching services is to be fully prepaid.

Planning & validity
Delivery of the prepaid, on-site Coaching services will be planned in mutual consent and availability, preferably a few days in advance of the actual delivery, virtual Coaching services in mutual agreement.  The prepaid Coaching services are valid for 2 years, following the payment date. 
Usage reports (pre-paid – delivered) will be produced on a 6-monthly base.
