There are times when you would feel far more comfortable, when you had an expert to join you in an important meeting, someone to exchange some thoughts and insights with.  Someone to check and balance with, no need for a long term engagement, no need for extra hands, just plain advice and assurance.  This is what we call coaching, currently we support following formats:

Virtual coaching

Sometimes all you need is an expert to discuss just that topic that you are not comfortable with, the one thing you would like a second opinion over.  Someone who has stood in your shoes and lived these situations before.
Someone who might have made those mistakes so that you wish to avoid…if this is the case, then your virtual coach is just a call away.

In-house coaching

Sometimes a topic or a situation might be just too complex to discuss in the virtual world.  That’s when you would like your coach next to you, looking at the same materials, looking at various issues, solving the complex problems.  Other times you may want your coach with you when you discuss an important issue with your customer, supplier or stakeholder.  This is what we understand by in-house coaching.
